RT-Extension-UserDetails - allows to quickly display watchers personnal details on a ticket This RT Extension adds a button on each user listed in "Watcher" box of the ticket display page. Clicking on this button shows a css window with personnal informations about this users such as its Name, Email, ... INSTALLATION For installation on RT prior to 3.8.8, you have to apply the patch patches/callbacks-3.8.patch. To install this module, run the following commands: perl Makefile.PL make make test make install Then, to make it active, add it to @Plugins in RT site configuration file (RT_SiteConfig.pm), example: Set(@Plugins,(qw(RT::Extension::UserDetails))); CONFIGURATION You can customize which field should be displayed and in which order with by adding %UserDetailsAttributes in RT site configuration file, default: Hash index is the sort order.
